Algunos de los pranayamas m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nadi shodhana: Tambi\u00e9n conocida como respiraci\u00f3n alterna de nariz, es una t\u00e9cnica que alterna la respiraci\u00f3n entre las fosas nasales derecha e izquierda, lo que ayuda a equilibrar la energ\u00eda del cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li>Kapalabhati: Tambi\u00e9n conocida como respiraci\u00f3n de fuego, es una t\u00e9cnica que involucra respiraciones r\u00e1pidas y cortas seguidas de una exhalaci\u00f3n profunda. Esta t\u00e9cnica ayuda a purificar el cuerpo y aumentar la energ\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Bhastrika: Tambi\u00e9n conocida como respiraci\u00f3n de fuelle, es una t\u00e9cnica en la que se inhala y exhala r\u00e1pidamente por la nariz mientras se mueve el abdomen hacia adentro y hacia afuera. Esta t\u00e9cnica ayuda a aumentar la energ\u00eda y a mejorar la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Ujjayi: Tambi\u00e9n conocida como respiraci\u00f3n victoriosa, es una t\u00e9cnica en la que se inhala y exhala por la nariz mientras se contrae la glotis, produciendo un sonido similar al del mar. Esta t\u00e9cnica ayuda a calmar la mente y a reducir el estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Shitali y Sitkari: Son t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n que implican la inhalaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la boca mientras se enrolla la lengua hacia arriba (Shitali) o hacia afuera (Sitkari).
