Se dice que existen aproximadamente 72.000 nadis en el cuerpo sutil, aunque tres de ellos son considerados fundamentales para la meditaci\u00f3n, la respiraci\u00f3n consciente y el desarrollo espiritual: <strong>ida, pingala y sushumna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Comprender c\u00f3mo funcionan estos canales puede ayudarte a entender mejor los estados de ansiedad, agitaci\u00f3n mental, cansancio y tambi\u00e9n los momentos de paz interior y claridad mental.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son ida, pingala y sushumna?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Los tres nadis principales recorren el eje cerebroespinal en el cuerpo energ\u00e9tico o sutil.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Sushumna<\/strong> es el canal central y el m\u00e1s importante para la pr\u00e1ctica espiritual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ida<\/strong>, conocido como el canal lunar, se encuentra a la izquierda y est\u00e1 relacionado con la relajaci\u00f3n, la introspecci\u00f3n y el sistema parasimp\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pingala<\/strong>, conocido como el canal solar, se encuentra a la derecha y est\u00e1 asociado con la actividad, la energ\u00eda y el sistema simp\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Estos tres canales nacen en el chakra muladhara, ubicado en la base de la columna vertebral. Ida y pingala ascienden hasta el chakra ajna, mientras que sushumna contin\u00faa hasta sahasrara, el centro energ\u00e9tico superior.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo influyen los nadis en la ansiedad y la meditaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Durante el d\u00eda, el prana suele alternar entre ida y pingala.
